    The program

8 weeks to structure your practice and live from it without burning out.

An 8-week cohort to clarify your offer, own your fees and live from your practice without turning into a salesperson.

    Take the practice check-up

For independent coaches, therapists, practitioners, consultants and trainers.

You know how to help people. But nobody prepared you to live from it.

You can be excellent at your work and go silent when someone asks what you do. You can help your clients deeply and still be afraid to state your fees. You can have experience, talent and tools, and still feel your practice depends too much on luck, word of mouth or how much energy you have that week.

The problem isn't your level of expertise.
    It's the lack of structure.

This program is for you if...

    • you struggle to explain clearly what you do,
    • you set your fees at random or by looking at others,
    • you depend too much on word of mouth,
    • you're afraid of selling or you apologise when you talk about price,
    • you work hard without feeling your practice is settling down,
    • you want to live from your practice without copying aggressive online sales methods.

    The method

    Psychology, Strategy, Action.

We don't start with sales scripts. We start with what really holds you back: your stance, your relationship with money, the place you take. Then we build what's missing. Then we take action.

    Psychology

Feeling legitimate, fear of selling, relationship with money, professional stance.

    Strategy

Who you serve, offer, pricing, business model, client journey.

    Action

Offer page, sales conversations, content, network, 90-day plan.

8 weeks to bring order to your practice.

    Week 1

    Practice check-up

Understand what is in the way: clarity, offer, fees, visibility, pace, stance.

Deliverable: A map of your practice with 3 priorities.

    Week 2

    Clear positioning

Stop talking to everyone. Say simply who you help, with what, and why you.

Deliverable: A positioning statement you can publish.

    Week 3

    A readable offer

Build a simple set of offers instead of tailoring everything for everyone.

    Deliverable: A 3-level offer structure.

    Week 4

    Fees you own

Set prices that respect your work and your client.

Find clients without playing a role.

Deliverable: A simple action plan for the next 90 days.

    Week 6

    Ethical sales conversations

Talk about your work and your prices without pushing, apologising or manipulating.

Deliverable: A sales conversation frame that fits you.

Protect your energy so your practice lasts over time.

Deliverable: A typical week you can sustain.

    Week 8

    FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the program

    Who is the program for?

Independent coaches, therapists, psychotherapy practitioners, consultants and trainers who have already started practising and want to structure their practice so it lasts. It isn't a program for complete beginners, or for people looking for a quick fix.

Is it a typical online course?

No. It's an 8-week cohort program, with video meetings, a concrete working frame and real support. You're not alone in front of videos. You move forward with a small group and with me.

How long is the program and how much time does it take?

The program lasts 8 weeks. Plan on about 2 to 3 hours a week between group meetings and personal work. The pace is steady but doable, even alongside an active practice.

What does it cost and how does payment work?

The fee is shared when you apply. Payment in instalments is possible. The group is deliberately kept small to keep the quality of support high.

    How does the application work?

You fill in a short form to tell me about your practice and what you want to build. I read every application myself and reply personally, whether or not you're accepted.

Are meetings in person or by video?

The whole program runs by video. That brings together practitioners from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and elsewhere, with no travel. Meetings are scheduled around the cohort's time zones.

How is it different from the Laboratoire du Coaching and tailored coaching?

The Laboratoire is a monthly subscription with no long commitment, to move forward with others in a regular group setting. The 8-week program is an intensive 8-week format, with a clear start and end, to structure your practice. Tailored coaching is one-to-one, over 6, 12 or 18 months, with a plan adapted to your situation.

    Is there a minimum commitment?

The program lasts 8 weeks, with a clear start and end. It isn't an endless subscription. If you want a group setting with no long commitment, the Laboratoire is a monthly subscription. If you want long-term one-to-one support, tailored coaching runs over 6, 12 or 18 months.

Will I have more clients at the end of the program?

The program doesn't promise higher income. It helps you clarify your positioning, fees, offer and business model. Those are the conditions that make a practice clearer and more viable. Results then depend on your situation and the actions you take.

Is it compatible with my professional ethics?

Yes. The method is grounded in applied psychology and business development. It respects the ethical codes of the helping professions and never pushes aggressive sales techniques.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

You leave with a clear frame, an action plan and the foundations of a structured practice. You can then join the Laboratoire to keep moving forward in a group, or switch to tailored coaching if you want to go further one-to-one.

To live from your practice, start by giving it structure.

The next cohort is a small group of helping professionals working together for 8 weeks. The goal isn't to turn you into a salesperson. It's to help you become clearer, steadier and freer in how you grow your practice.
